"Reservation and Deposit 's Policies"
When you will have choosed your place to
stay,you will need to take a reservation:
to take reservation Anda service require
an agreed deposit (usually is around 20 or
30% of the total-amount,depending by each
reservation)to secure booking sended by "Web Secure Payments".
After,Anda service will send to you a written
confirmation by email or fax,that your will
have to take with you when you will arrive
in Rome.
With the confirmation of your reservation,Anda
Service,snc promises to you to keep stop
the accomodation choosed only for you.
There are some conditiones relative to it
that you will have to read and to take care(Date
modify policy,cancellation policy...):
Please take care to read about "Anda-Voucher" at the end of that page,becouse,in any case,we will try to do our best to help you to
not loose your deposit paied in advance !!
"Reservation Policy"
"Modify date policy":(deposit policy- Voucher*)
-If you want to modify your reservation's
date at last 30 days prior to your caming
and we don't find an agreed accomodation
for the new date, a 50% of deposit will be
refund to you (Voucher*) and you will lose
your reservation.
-If you want to modify your reservation's
date at last 25 days prior to your caming
and we don't find an agreed accomodation
for the new date, a 25% of deposit will be
refund to you (Voucher*)and you will lose
your reservation.
-If you want to modify your reservation's
date less than 20 days prior to your caming
and we don't find an agreed accomodation
for the new date we will not refund to you
the total deposit amount.
"Cancellation Policy":(deposit policy-Voucher*)
-If you cancell your reservation at last
30 days before your arrival's date,50% of
deposit will be refund to you (Voucher*).
-If you cancell your reservation at last
25 days before your arrival's date,25% of
deposit will be refund to you(Voucher*) .
-If you cancell your reservation at last
20 days before your arrival's date,we will not refund to you the total deposit
amount .You will incur into the "Anda's Penalties" and you will have to pay the 50% of the
total amount of your reservation.
"Anda Penalty's Policy"
1)Missing Arrival:
If you will not arrive on the fixed day and
we'll had not news about you on the same
day,you will incur into the "Anda's Penalties" and we will charge the total amount of your
reservation.You will have the right to arrive
in the next two days,after that,we will be
free to take other reservations .
2)Living the place....
On your arrival,
if you should not like the place from you reserved,Anda Service will be not responsable if the description of it sent to you corresponds
to the reality(Reasons for a refuse to stay in the place
reserved with regularity are absolutelly
not accepted as "right cause" to renounce); if you will want to leave the place,you will incur into the "Anda's Penalties" and you will have to pay the 50% of the
total amount of your reservation.
The bill on your arrival...........
"Anda Service" s.n.c. develops
a service for forward requests and confirmed
reservations.Anda is not a part of the contract,
infact, it will occurs between the clients
and the house's owners. We are responsable for the respect of the
"Terms of Sale" between each one
parts of the contract. For this reason we could emit invoice(bill)
only for that is the right of us or at last
for the amount sent to us as deposit. Regard the rest of the bill,you will have to pay it in advance to the owner at the moment of the caming,on
your arrival to the house before to take
the key and the owner will have to do the
avoid for you.
Please remember:you have to pay the bill on your arrival
just before to take the keys !! Cheque are not accepted. Welcome!!
* "Anda Voucher":
Please note that in any case of Modify &
Cancellation's policy ,Anda will follow its
discretion to refound deposit by Voucher.
We will can give back to you a Voucher,not
money,in any case. It will follow Anda-discretion,to
do to you the"Voucher",valid for the amount that we should refound
to you so that you will can use it ,in the
future,to stay in Rome renting one of our
places.It will be valid for you or for your
friends. This is a great guarantee for you
to be sure that our first thinking is to
help you to be able to came to visit Rome
!! Naturally,it will be our discretion to
be sure that you have a right reasom to modify
or to cancell your reservation or a real
problem to can't came to Rome.
"Anda service" is not the owner of the rentable apartments.
Anda service only follow the tractatives
with the clients,on the part of the owners
who will pay for its service after the confirmation
of reservation. Anda service is not responsable
for the agreements taken between the clients
and the owners. All the amounts sent in advance
by the clients are turned to the owners.
The owners can cancell the reservations turning
back the amount taken in advance:in that
case,Anda service will only have the obligation
to notice the cancellation to the client.
All the confirmed reservations can be also
cancelled by "Anda Service" at
any time and for any reasoms ,with the only
obligation to returne back the amount of
money that was sent by the client to reserve
the accomodation .
Besides,Anda Service will be not responsable
in :
-Any accidental causes of misfortune to the
place.
-Your personal demands never declared and
required to us during the reservation's negotiation.
-For any inconvenient produced by third party.
We remember to you that you agree and accept
"Anda's conditions" sending the
required deposit to secure the booking and
to confirme the reservation.
